We do not bill insurance companies. Our model is designed to be straightforward and accessible, avoiding the complexities often associated with insurance billing. This helps keep our costs transparent and manageable for all our patients.
We provide refunds only in situations where we are unable to offer treatment due to the severity or complexity of the medical condition, which might require specialized care outside our scope of practice. In such cases, if a patient has to be referred out, we will issue a full refund. Otherwise, all charges for consultations and treatment plans are non-refundable.
